Pennsylvania Home Inspector Compliance Statement
If you decide to have your home inspection performed by Alpha Check Inspections, we will fill out this form issued by the Pennsylvania Home Inspector Coalition and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. Please read statement here (PDF).

Inspection Agreement
Before we perform any inspection we ask our clients to sign our Inspection Agreement. It verifies what type of inspection and/or tests will be performed and to whom the reports will be released. Please read agreement here (PDF) .

Home Inspection Report
The next business day after the inspection you will receive a copy of your report
which will summarize the inspection in a concise and easy to read format.
All components in the house will be identified, defects described and recommendations made. Budget costs to correct the issues identified will be given to help you with your purchase decision.
